Payments for completed services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
2. Cancellations

If you cancel a project before work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative fees or material costs already incurred.

If work has already started, no refunds will be issued.
3. Service Issues and Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of project completion.

We will review your concerns and determine whether a correction, repair, or partial refund is appropriate.

Refunds will not be issued for issues arising from improper maintenance or external factors beyond our control.
4. Refund Processing
