1. Deposits and Payments

  • A deposit may be required to secure your project. This deposit is non-refundable once work has begun or materials have been purchased.

  • Payments for completed services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

2. Cancellations

  • If you cancel a project before work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative fees or material costs already incurred.

  • If work has already started, no refunds will be issued.

3. Service Issues and Disputes

  • If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of project completion.

  • We will review your concerns and determine whether a correction, repair, or partial refund is appropriate.

  • Refunds will not be issued for issues arising from improper maintenance or external factors beyond our control.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
